Motivate Yourself Part 4

Summer time is here. It’s time to get in shape. It’s time to stay in shape. 

It’s time to stay motivated. There can be no let down. Don’t lose momentum. 

1. Get your $$$$ worth every time you exercise. 

2. Make a notepad with a picture of you on the pages in top shape. Write positive thoughts to yourself everyday and remember how far you have come. 

3. Create your own brown suit challenge. 

Those are some of the things that I’ve recommended you can do to stay motivated.

Here’s number 4

Make your own motivational video! 


I did this last year. It’s so cool! This will help you to see how far you’ve come. It may motivate someone else too. 

Use the splice app. Put your before and after photos in it, and where you are in your transformation. You can even pit some clips of yourself working out. 

Be your own movie star! Motivate yourself. 

I CAN DO and SO CAN YOU. Life is all about having the right kind of attitude. We will face challenges. We have to decide how we will respond. Getting an ICD (Internal Cardio-Verter Defibrillator) in 2010 forced me to make a decision about my mindset. I decided that I CAN DO. What about you? Let's go.
