1 Blog = 100lbs

I began writing a blog in 2017. I really didn’t know what I was doing, but I wanted to give it a shot. I’m glad that I did. I’ve written over 200 blogs since last year. It’s a way for me to share information and to get things out of my head. I’m thankful people have enjoyed them as well. You never know who is reading your blog.

A few months ago some friends of mine shared with me how they had read one of my blogs pertaining to diet. I discussed the benefits of implementing a slow carb diet. I learned about this from Tim Ferriss and his book the 4-hour body. This eating plan works really well. If you’re not aware of it, you should check it out.

My two friends read my blog and began to follow the slow carb eating plan! I think it’s been about 4 or 5 months now since they began making some simple changes to their eating regimen. BOOM! Combined, they are down almost 100 pounds. YES!!! I’m so proud of them. They are absolutely crushing it. Hearing and seeing their success has brought a big smile to my face. They are continuing to stay focus on healthy eating habits. They are now beginning to implement exercise as well. This will continue to speed up the fat loss process. I’m excited to see the great changes they are going to make.

I’m thankful I’ve been able to encourage them along the way. I had no idea from one blog two lives would be changed so much. I guess you never know.
