HIT the training HARD

Every workout needs to be done like it’s your last. You have to push and do more.

It can be easy to say, “I don’t feel like working out. I’m just going to take it easy.” Or maybe, “I don’t really want to push myself at the gym.” We may be able to get away with things like this for a time. But after a while, those excuses will begin to cost us.

That’s why a I CAN DO attitude is necessary. You will have to get after it each day. You will have to find the energy and power to keep going. Motivation from others will help you. But eventually, you will have to motivate yourself.

Keep going. You can do it.
