I is for…

“Ignore the naysayers.”

People will try to hold you back. Don’t let them. Just keep going. Many people will not understand why you go to bed early, why you eat clean 5-6 days out of the week, or why you are so committed to the gym.

You will have to ignore them. You don’t have to be mean or rude. Just resilient. Just determined.
