A Proverb A Day: Chapters 9 & 10

The woman Folly is loud; she is seductive and knows nothing. She sits at the door of her house; she takes a seat on the highest places of the town, calling to those who pass by, who are going straight on her way, whoever is simple, let him turn in here! Stolen water is sweet, and bread eaten in secret is pleasant. But he does not know that the dead are there, that her guests are in the depths of Sheol. Proverbs 9:13-18.

What’s the point? Seek at WISDOM.

A slack hand causes poverty, but the hand of the diligent makes rich.

Proverbs 10:4

What’s the point? Don’t be lazy. Get to work. Be diligent. Be persistent. Good things will happen when you do.

I CAN DO and SO CAN YOU. Life is all about having the right kind of attitude. We will face challenges. We have to decide how we will respond. Getting an ICD (Internal Cardio-Verter Defibrillator) in 2010 forced me to make a decision about my mindset. I decided that I CAN DO. What about you? Let's go.
