Talk good to yourself. Quit beating yourself up so much.

We encourage others. We compliment others. We motivate others. We focus on the good qualities of others and tell others to do the same. But let’s be sure we practice what we preach. Love yourself. Recognize that there may be room for improvement. Then go get it. You’re beautiful. You’re strong. You’re smart. Go ahead and say it. Believe it too.
