Allow others to help you along the way. Receive compliments with a smile. You don’t have to respond with a

“I still have a long way to go.”

“Just 20 more pounds to my goal.”

“Yeah, I should have done this a long time ago.”

Rather, just receive the compliment with a “Thank You, I Appreciate Your Kind Words.”
