Releasing the weight takes time. Be patient. We are not going after quick fixes.

Take your Time

Think about where you want to be one year from now. It will take some time but you will get there.

U is for…

It’s all about U

This is about you changing once and for all.

V is for…

Voice your Victories

Celebrate your victories. You’ve put in the hard work. You can do it.

W is for…

Wait for the results

The results will come. Don’t stop now. Let’s go.

X is for…

eXpect eXcellent results

Expect the best and you will often get it.

Y is for…

YES, I will.

A positive mindset is key. Fill your mind with good thoughts. Get rid of the junk.

Z is for…

Stay Zealous

You have to stay hungry. You have to want it. Let’s go, baby.

I CAN DO and SO CAN YOU. Life is all about having the right kind of attitude. We will face challenges. We have to decide how we will respond. Getting an ICD (Internal Cardio-Verter Defibrillator) in 2010 forced me to make a decision about my mindset. I decided that I CAN DO. What about you? Let's go.
