Text Yourself! It’s So Great.




We all want it.

But workout classes aren’t enough.

Motivational blogs aren’t going to be enough.

You have to find motivation deep inside you. You will have to dig deep.

Last week I started to text myself. That’s right!

It might sound weird, but it’s actually great. It’s a way to strengthen your resolve and focus. It’s an easy way to talk positive to yourself. Writing the text out does something. It makes those words stick.

Give it a shot.

I CAN DO and SO CAN YOU. Life is all about having the right kind of attitude. We will face challenges. We have to decide how we will respond. Getting an ICD (Internal Cardio-Verter Defibrillator) in 2010 forced me to make a decision about my mindset. I decided that I CAN DO. What about you? Let's go.   1. 😂 It looks a lot like my mind talk. I talk with myself in mind or when im alone. But u tried next level of texting yourself. How we talk with ourselves will reflect how we talk to others. This is like more of a self talk i do it when im alone and most time with my mind. This is such a good practice. When we talk to ourself – Respectfully, Positively, Kindly, Lovely, Funny. It will reflect when we talk to others .. ☺️✨
