7 Days…7 Workouts

It is on. Certain dates have special meaning to me. One is coming up.

August 17th. I received a special award.

 

I received the  Body of Work 20th Anniversary Legacy Award from Bill Phillips.

There were a number of others who also received this reward. I worked out in his online fitness group through Facebook from August 2016-August 2017. It was a wonderful experience and changed my life. I met so many great people. I learned so much from him. I grew physically and my mindset certainly changed.

As I reflect upon that time I’m humbled by the fact that I still have my health. I can still move and exercise. Exercise is something that one should never take for granted. Your health is something you should never take for granted.

As a result, I’m going to really enjoy my workouts this week.

It’s time to workout. Are you ready?

Let’s do this. Enjoy your health while you still have it. One day it will be gone.

I CAN DO…SO CAN YOU.

I CAN DO and SO CAN YOU. Life is all about having the right kind of attitude. We will face challenges. We have to decide how we will respond. Getting an ICD (Internal Cardio-Verter Defibrillator) in 2010 forced me to make a decision about my mindset. I decided that I CAN DO. What about you? Let's go.
