3 STATES, 2 WORKOUTS, 1 DAY!

Last week was a really fun week.

I had the opportunity to preach in New Albany Indiana at the Charlestown Church of Christ. Check out their website . I was one of many speakers for their summer series.

I arrived Tuesday afternoon. I’m in the middle of a 30 day challenge of 2 workouts a day. I got my second one Tuesday night (I did 200 pushups).

Wednesday, one of the local preachers (Jason) who I stayed with took me out for a workout at a really cool place. There’s a bridge that starts on the Indiana side and when you run across it you will be in Kentucky! So, on Wednesday, my first workout consisted of running back and forth from Indiana to Kentucky! Lol.

I left Thursday afternoon back to Texas. But before I did I went back to the bridge to workout again! Then later that night back in Texas, I worked out again. What an epic day! I was able to workout in 3 states in 1 day! What!!!

I’ve never done that before! But never say never! Now granted I didn’t run a marathon or 1/2 marathon (about 3-4 miles) but nonetheless it still counts!

Traveling and working out can be really challenging. But one must have a No Excuse mentality.

You have to find a way to get it done.

Where there is a will there is a way.

So, what’s your excuse?

Lay it aside and let’s get moving. I can do this. You Can do this. We can do this.

Cmon now! Let’s go.

I CAN DO and SO CAN YOU. Life is all about having the right kind of attitude. We will face challenges. We have to decide how we will respond. Getting an ICD (Internal Cardio-Verter Defibrillator) in 2010 forced me to make a decision about my mindset. I decided that I CAN DO. What about you? Let's go.
