When it comes to fitness, one has to get creative. You will have to continue to find ways of motivating yourself.

You will need to find different workouts to keep the FIRE burning.


You will need a NO EXCUSES MINDSET.

This past week I’ve been in the pool more. It’s been great. It’s allowed me to mix it up a bit and do something different.

So, what can you do today to find a way?

  1. Is it taking the stairs instead of the elevator?
  2. Is it using your lunch hour to workout?
  3. Is it skipping Netflix tonight and working out?
  4. Is it dropping to the floor in your office to pump out some push-ups?

No EXCUSES! Let’s Go!

I CAN DO and SO CAN YOU. Life is all about having the right kind of attitude. We will face challenges. We have to decide how we will respond. Getting an ICD (Internal Cardio-Verter Defibrillator) in 2010 forced me to make a decision about my mindset. I decided that I CAN DO. What about you? Let's go.
