The Next Level

There’s always a next level.

Another level of intensity.

Another opportunity to build success upon success.

But to get the next level, some things will be required.

1. An acknowledgement that there’s room for improvement.

2. A willingness to examine what you’re currently doing, and looking for that extra 1% or 2% to get to the next level.

3. A desire to work and work.

I think about how Oprah Winfrey years ago decided to move on from your hit talk show. How could there be something better and bigger than that for her?

But there was. She found it.

What about you? What about me?

There’s a next level. In our eating. In our exercise. In our knowledge.

Do you see it? Do you want it?

Then go get it.

The next level.

I CAN DO and SO CAN YOU. Life is all about having the right kind of attitude. We will face challenges. We have to decide how we will respond. Getting an ICD (Internal Cardio-Verter Defibrillator) in 2010 forced me to make a decision about my mindset. I decided that I CAN DO. What about you? Let's go.
